Make-Up Classes

The fee structure is based on a four week month. Five to eight months of the year have five weeks. This means that many months you receive service free for one week during those months. Additionally, HCJTL holds classes during the holidays. Therefore, make-up classes are not scheduled with the exception of compensating for long term periods of inclement weather. Students are expected to make-up their classes by attending other classes on the schedule. Students must accomplish make-ups with in two weeks of their absence.

Cancellations

All cancellations made less than one day in advance will be charged the full fee.
In case of a no-show lesson fee will be charged in full.
Regular lessons are a tool to help students develop consistency necessary for achievement.

Weather

Get daily weather updates by calling 331-7119 and then press 2.

Class is automatically cancelled when the wind chill temperature is 40 degrees or lower.

Classes will not be cancelled due to heat. Drink lots of fluids the night before you expect to excercise.

Team Tennis

HCJTL fields multiple teams in the USA Junior Team Tennis that plays in the Spring and Fall. In Summer we play an in-house league and support local and state tournaments for team members.
